Aboriginal Peoples Choice Music Awards
Shout Out to Kat’s Krew!!! How is everyone? Hopefully you had a nice long weekend.
I just found out that I might be eligible for an Aboriginal Peoples Choice Music Award. To be eligible to be nominated in the catagory of Single Of The Year my song On These Streets must be available by June 30th. This is a huge big deal! I am pretty excited about this, and hope that everything works out. Fingers crossed xx everyone.
I’ve also been busy planning a radio tour! It started out small and local and is now growing into a bit of a cross country thing. LOL If everything works out I should be back in Toronto in the summer. I can’t really give you any details, but it might have something to do with a music video shoot, and a performance!
If you live between Vancouver, BC, and Toronto, Ontario I would love to meet you this summer. If you have a local radio station that you would like to suggest I will definately see if we can make it happen!

So at least one person thinks that the only reason I won the @moacommunity contest is because @jannarden mentored me. So thanks Jann :) On a more serious note…perhaps Jann can mentored me again this summer on her radio show Being Jann. I think I need to learn how to develop a thick skin! Fast!!! Reading all the comments since winning has left me feeling either mildy amused or annoyed! haha
